Upcoming events to support GIV and Meals on Wheels

February 7 – Annual Guilford High School Concert at the GHS Performing Arts Center.  Concert starts at 7:00 PM.  Free Admission.  All donations benefit Meals on Wheels.

New this year – Silent Auction – bid on your favorite “For the Arts” item.

February 25 – Yoga with a cause

March 18 – Giving Tuesday at South Lane Bistro

Join us at South Lane Bistro where a percentage of all sales will benefit Meals on Wheels.

Doors open at 4:00 PM

March 28 – Knights of Columbus Fish Fry

Guilford Interfaith Volunteers will be the beneficiary of the 2025 Fish Fry.   

Details : Knight of Columbus Dining Hall, 390 South Union Street, Guilford. 

Time : 5 to 7 p.m.  Menu: Fried cod, baked cod, clam chowder, shrimp salad, dessert, soda, water, coffee, and the event is BYOB. 

Cost: $20.  Reservations not needed.

Would you like a pretty bouquet of flowers to brighten your day??

We have a doubleheader in area fundraising efforts by local businesses.

The Guilford Big Y has selected Friendly Visiting as the February recipient of their Community Bag Program.  For each new shopping bag that you purchase, they will donate $1 to MOW.

 

The Madison Stop & Shop, at 128 Samson Rock Road, has selected Meals on Wheels as the February recipient of their Bloomin’ for Good program.  For each bouquet of flowers purchased, they will donate $1 to MOW.
